If you want a unique experience, come to the shelter " Col Pradat " in Colfosco to 2038 m, in one of the restaurants of the family owners of the Hotel Ebner Kolfuschgerhof. This alpine chalet, with furnishings selected, is located directly on the piste. Here you will find specialty Ladin very tasty and wholesome, such as the typical "Kaiserschmarn" (similar to an omelette, pancake) with cranberry jam. Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Dolomites sitting on the terrace of the hut. During the winter we organize every Thursday romantic dinners by candlelight with a transfer by snowmobile. In summer it is possible but only on request.
